Have you noticed how Microsoft and Sony are now using the same gaming as Nintendo? I believe that it would be better if they could perfect their own systems before trying a new field of technology.
The Move is somewhere between a Wii and the Kinect. It features most of the buttons from a standard PS3 controller but with motion sensing technology thrown in. So it is a (slight) step up form the Wii because it can detect what you do with your fingers (as long as they are close enough to the remote), this helps with the image of lets say, drawing an arrow to shoot, in order to release you have to move your fingers in a certain way. I do have one worry though. The price, its $99 just for the sensor and a controller! Not to mention that some of the games require another controller (like the Wii's nun-chuck). Also you need to have an PS3 first.
The Kinect is a full body gaming system. By this I mean that there is no controller. You are the controller. If you need your player to jump, you jump. This is a serious improvement of the Wii's motion gaming. The Kinect creates each individual player their own profile. This means that even if somebody gets in front of you and dances around like an idiot it will only do what you want it to. It cant be fooled! I do have a few worries though, how do you run? Also I hear that it is extremely expensive, up to $150 just for the Kinect and equipment. You have to have an Xbox 360 first.
